Crafted from a cultivar called Song Zhong, this tea’s origins can be traced back to the Song imperial period during 12th century China.

The name is now bestowed to tea trees propagated from the original tea trees in Phoenix Mountain which have been existing since 700 years ago. Refined and velvety with aromas of mango, flowers and bittersweet notes of citrus fruit.

Brew: 5g to 150ml, 90 - 98ºC, 20-60 seconds
