A beautiful wired tea strainer made of pure brass. The basket tea strainer is meant to sit in a teapot or perch on the rim of a large cup to steep tea leaves. Remove basket once steeping time is done.

Signs of patina on your brass tea strainer may be present, this is normal. Due to brass oxidisation, green patina also known as verdigris may be found on the handle edges. Please wash the brass strainer prior to use.
