Tea-Infused Confections - Earl Grey Pineapple Tarts
We’ve always made these melt-in-mouth pineapple pastries for Lunar New Year, which all our friends & family adore! The secret recipe for these golden orbs were passed down in the family, and being tea-lovers, we decided to infuse the pastry with our finest Earl Grey black tea leaves. We also added natural bergamot oil for a subtle floral and citrusy aroma.
