The elegant Earl Grey Pineapple Tart has a buttery pastry that melts in your mouth, perfumed with oriental black tea, French bergamot and bergamot oil procured from an organic farm in South Africa. The floral and tannin-rich tea flavours is a perfect balance to the tangy pineapple jam.
